We direct special attention to Mr Chew Chong's great clearing sale, which is being held at the premises next to Mr J. H. Keesing's mart in the Avenue. Mr Chew Chong has been known for a great many years; in Taranaki as one of the leading merchants and having been carrying on a most successful business for the last 20 year he has a very extensive stock of drapery, boots, and shoes, &c, which he is determined to quit.
